* Branch Managers : Graduates with minimum 5 years banking experience as an Asst. Manager/ Manager. Should be proactive and have proven leadership and decision making qualities., Age : 35-45 years .
* Officers : CA/ ICA/ CFA/ MBA-Finance or Second class graduate with 3 years banking experience with CAIIB or 5 years banking. Age : not moe 30 years.
* Clerks : Graduates with minimum 50% marks at 1st attempt, Age – 25 years, for Post Graduates – 27 years.
Compensation commensurate with qualification & experience and one of the best in the Banking Industry.
